We understand your time is valuable. Our Express Exterior wash is designed for speed and efficiency, typically completed in about 3 to 5 minutes from entry to exit. Our more comprehensive Deluxe Clean and Ultimate Shine & Protect washes, which include additional services like undercarriage cleaning, triple foam, and wax application, may take approximately 5 to 7 minutes. We aim to provide a thorough clean without unnecessary delays.

Yes, flexibility is key with our Unlimited Wash Club. All our membership plans are commitment-free, meaning there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time without penalty. To ensure your cancellation is processed before the next billing cycle, we kindly request that you provide at least 5 days' notice prior to your scheduled monthly renewal date. Cancellations can typically be managed online or by contacting our customer service.

Our automated wash tunnel has specific height and width restrictions to ensure the safety of both your vehicle and our equipment. These limitations are clearly posted at the entrance of the tunnel. Most standard passenger cars, SUVs, minivans, and regular-sized pickup trucks will fit without issue. However, some larger vehicles, such as dually trucks, lifted trucks with oversized tires, or vans with extended racks, may exceed these limits. For such vehicles, our spacious self-service bays are an excellent alternative, offering ample room and robust cleaning tools.
